Maybe I didn’t accept the change. Still stuck at where we were years ago. Today I realized you can’t force a person to change, the only time they will change is when its too painful and difficult to stay the same and change looks like the easier/simpler option to take.

Don't spend time trying to hide who you are...

Don’t ever think that you’re better than someone else. See it as being in the freeway, your side of the road is smooth but the cars coming from the opposite direction are in halt due to traffic, don’t think you’re better, just be thankful you’re not in the same situation - b/c later on in your journey the same may happen to you.

One way to open up her trust

Call her whenever you can. Call her randomly and tell her what you’re doing, who you’re with or where you’re at, so she doesn’t have to sit there wondering and worrying where you are. It makes her smile- really it does. Most importanly it’s a way to open up her trust bc it shows that you’re reliable & maybe, just maybe.. trust worthy enough.
